With due respect, I would like to state that I am Prakash Saha. I live at Raipur, Makhdumpur, English Bazar, Malda. My meter is defective and not working properly. I am paying the bill of the wrong unit that is excess than my consumed unit. I am suffering from this great problem and it is not possible to continue for a long time.
