Report Tips

- Then write body of the report. Most of the sentences are written in past tense. Some times future tense is used.

Then the students of class 9 sang the opening song and the programme started running its own rhythm. Our headmaster welcomed the honorable chief guest and announced that the whole programme would be telecast online for the students and guardians. Our chief guest presided over the programme and delivered a brief speech on the necessity of celebrating [Topic name] in our school. After that, a little student of class 6 read out the short paragraph of [topic name]. Thereafter our [name of the subject] teacher [name of the teacher] sir delivered a relevant speech on the topic. An audio drama conveying the message of the glory of (topic name) in our society was highlighted by the students of class 10. To make the programme more glorious, reference books were distributed among the needy students on the behalf of the teachers. There was great enthusiasm among the students and they were looking highly spirited. At the end of the program, the headmaster delivered a short speech for the students and gave a vote of thanks to all for making the program a grand success. The students left for home at 4:00 p.m. getting a tiffin packet and storing some good memories in the layer of their minds.

The students were served light refreshment. The chief guest gave a very motivating speech on this occasion about the role of youth. The programme ended with the speech of the headmaster. He thanked the chief guest name of the chief guest and the students for making the programme grand success.

Kanyashree Dibas was celebrated on 20 Jun at 11 a.m. by our school. All the selected students from class viii to xii gathered here to mark the success of the highly acclaimed Kanyashree project. The students of class ix sang the opening song and the programme started running in its own rhythm. The D.I of schools presided over the programme and delivered a brief speech on the necessity of celebrating Kanyashree Dibas in our school. She also mentioned that the number of beneficiaries under this project would increase. The girls were felicitated for their achievements in several competitions. An audio drama conveying the message of glory of women in our society was presented by the students of class x. some of the students got a chance to share their experiences as to how Kanyashree Project had brought the beams of light into the darker sides of their life. The students were given a book containing information about this project. At the end of the programme the Headmaster said a few words before the students and gave a vote of thanks to all. The students left for home at 4 p.m. having a tiffine-packet and storing some good memories in the layer of their minds.
